We ship all orders through our partners: UPS, DPD or DHL Express depending of the delivery country.
All orders above 550 €, will automatically benefit of Free Express Shipping service and they will be delivered in the next 1-2 business days.
Duties and Taxes are included.
Delivery tracking
Once the parcel has been picked up by courier, we will notify you by email and include your parcel’s tracking link. Click on the tracking link provided to follow your parcel’s progress.
Shipping Terms and conditions
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used.

- All orders placed MON-FRI will be shipped the next business day.
- Customs taxes are covered by SKRT.
- During SALE , peak and promotional periods all delivery options may take longer than estimated delivery time.
- Please note that business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
SKRT is unable to accept responsibility for late parcels delivery due to courier company’s administrations issues, however in the unlikely event that this occurs please contact our Customer Service team , Tel. Nr. +40 0761307696 and we will try our best to resolve any problems.
Returns
The valid return period according to the regulations is 14 days, since the date of receipt of the product by the customer (ie the date of delivery of the package by the courier). If you want to exchange your order, return the item(s) to SKRT and place a new order. You will be refunded for your first order according to our refund policy.
Please note, SKRT does not offer free returns. Shipping cost associated with a return is covered by the customer.
Return guidelines
Only items that are in their original packaging, with the tags on and without any sign of wear, will be accepted.
Shipping and customs fees associated with returning items are the sole responsibility of the customer and we cannot refund these costs.
If you make the return from an EU country, you can opt to send a return using our courier company and we will then send you the return label that you need to attach to the packaging, or you can opt to send back the package by yourself, through any courier company.
For all other countries, you can send back the package through any courier company.
Due to long and delayed delivery days we don't accept returns returned through the post office.
Please note that you will have to pay for the return.
After receiving the return package, a quantitative and qualitative verification of the returned products will be performed and an email will be sent to confirm the processing of the return. The return payment will be made by bank transfer within 14 days from the receipt of the return package. The refund will be made through the original payment method.
Refunds cannot be made in the following cases:
- The product label and / or return label have been opened.
- Their dissolution automatically leads to the loss of the right of return.
- The products are not in their original condition (original product packaging, complete accessories, purchase documents).
- Promotional products( final sales or promotional offers).
- Custom made products.
*Items purchased using a discount code of 15% OFF or higher are considered promotional items and they cannot be refunded, they can be exchanged or the customer can choose to receive store credit with the order's value.
